Responsibilities:
1 - Center Performance:
- Propose the annual financial budgets including new sales, revenue, overhead costs and contributions;
- Propose plans and actions in order to achieve the approved annual budgets and targets.
2 - Team Management:
- To manage the sales team and to ensure that the S&C service delivery to Language Link customers and prospects is of excellent quality and achieves the team KPIs.
- To ensure the team has the requisite skills and tools to do their jobs effectively and efficiently.
- To oversee the development of customer service between each sales consultant and their customers as well as ensure that follow-up schedules and deadlines are met
3 - Operations Tasks:
- Follow the company policies, procedures, regulations, document and reporting systems
- Maintain the company standards.
- Make sure staff follow the company policies, procedures, regulations, document & reporting systems and standards.
Requirements:
Mentoring & Coaching skills.
Teamwork and leadership skills.
Experience in sales and aggressively achieve sales target
Problem-solving skills & attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Fluently in English.
BA or above degree.
